Michael Lee is the Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates. He has been involved in the sales and leasing of over 9 million square feet of commercial properties. Michael holds a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. During his free time, he enjoys being with his wife and three children.

Kelly K. Knott is a Wealth Advisor at Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group and focuses on providing comprehensive asset and liability management advice to wealthy families and individuals. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she spent 10 years working in the Commercial Real Estate Group originating and closing over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans nationally. With her extensive background in real estate, she was influential in building and facilitating Wells Fargo Wealth Management’s real estate curriculum, and traveled across the country to host seminars and panels with private bankers. Kelly graduated from Woodbury University with her bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance, and joined our Board in 2014.

Jason Yu is Partner at law firm Snell & Wilmer, where he focuses his practice in a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, employment liability, intellectual property, and transnational work. He is a frequent guest speaker to local businesses on employment and labor law, and was recognized as “Top Attorney” by Pasadena Magazine as well as “Rising Star” by the Southern California Super Lawyers. On our Board since 2014, Jason currently serves as our Board Secretary. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychological Biology with a specialization in Business Administration at the University of California, Los Angeles and law degree at Loyola Law School.

Wendy On joined our Board in 2016. She is a Tax Partner at Fineman West and serves clients in the consumer products, real estate, manufacturing, technology, and entertainment industries. Wendy assists clients in global tax planning strategies as well as individuals’ income and estate tax planning. Furthermore, she serves on the Advisory Board of TIAG, one of the top three accounting alliances in the world. In 2018, the LA Business Journal listed Wendy as one of the Most Influential Women in Accounting. She received her master's degree in Business Taxation and her bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California. At home she enjoys spending her time with her son and two daughters.

Annie Chen is an aspiring veterinarian and a full-time premedical student at the University of Southern California. Ms. Chen completed her bachelor’s degree at UCLA in International Relations with an emphasis in new global challenges. Ms. Chen hopes to use her educational background to serve her community and those most in need. During her free time, she spends time playing with her dogs and she enjoys traveling to new places.

Brian Chu is a Vice President at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a California-based retail property & casualty insurance and employee benefits consulting brokerage firm. He is on the operations committee for Northern Trust Open and belongs to the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, and has previously been active as a leader in the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce. Brian joined our Board in 2013. He received his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship at University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Ms. Kay Ko has been serving as a Regional Network Lead for the White House Initiative on Asian Pacific Islanders since 2014. She serves the API community by providing information and resources regarding government programs and access. She holds doctoral degree from UCLA and a J.D. degree from Loyola Law School. Ms. Kay Ko also serves on the Board of Advisors at Pepperdine University School of Public Policy and the Foundation for the Korean Language and Culture in the United States.

One of his greatest achievements includes appearing before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which resulted in a published decision. Jenner spent the majority of his childhood abroad, including Saudi Arabia to Malaysia. He received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Continuing his education at UCLA School of Law, he earned his JD and acted as an associate editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.

Dr. Victor Cheng is a family medicine practitioner and serves as the Physician-in-Charge at the Kaiser Permanente Diamond Bar Medical Offices. A graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Cheng completed his residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center (aka Arrowhead Regional Medical Center), and is board certified in Family Medicine. In addition to his busy practice, Dr. Cheng spends much of his time volunteering in the community serving as an advocate for domestic violence issues and providing health care to the uninsured for local and international communities. Since 2004, Dr. Cheng has been the lead physician at the Baldwin Park Medical Center to promote the October Domestic Violence Awareness Campaign. Dr. Cheng is also a volunteer physician for Kaiser Baldwin Park’s Hippocrates Circle Program, a Kaiser Permanente mentoring program that encourages students from underprivileged socioeconomic backgrounds to pursue careers in medicine. He has also served as a volunteer physician at the Tzu-Chi Medical Foundation since 1996, providing important medical services for underserved population.

Eljay Feuerman is the Director of reDEFINE, IW Group’s generational marketing initiative. From market insights to brand activations, Eljay is responsible for all marketing efforts targeting young consumer segments. In his role at IW Group, Eljay has worked on brand campaigns for Westfield, Netflix, LA Arboretum, and United Colors of Benetton. Eljay is also one of the founding members of the National Millennial Community (NMC). The NMC is a national think tank consisting of over 44 universities with a mission to “Change the Conversation” about the Millennial and Gen Z generation. Apart from work, Eljay is also a 4th degree international Taekwondo black belt, an avid jazz musician and a self-proclaimed coffee addict.

Vincent possesses over 38 years of experience in Banking from International Trade, Branch, Operations and Risk Management. He enjoys playing golf and travelling.

For the past 5 years he has been the top producer of new client commercial real estate loan origination relationships in which the bank operates. In his joint career with a previous stint at Bank of America he has originated and funded over $1 Billion in Commercial real estate transactions.  Azim earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and is a member of The California Club, The LA 5 Rotary Club of Los Angeles, and The Aga Khan Foundation.

Based in Downtown Los Angeles, Tony now specializes in real estate and investments. He believes in value creation utilizing relationships and "out of the box approaches." On his free time,.he is a volleyball coach and Rotarian in the city of San Marino.

Elaine Quach is the Director of GL Accounting at Pacific Summit Energy LLC (PSE) responsible for overseeing the energy commodity accounting operations, technical accounting, and financial reporting for PSE and its affiliates. Prior to that, she was with Southern California Edison for 10 years supporting its energy procurement functions. Elaine has over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, tax, auditing, internal controls, and system implementation. Elaine is a licensed CPA with an Accounting degree from California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Elaine joins our Board in November 2018. In addition to APCF, Elaine is also active with Asian American Professional Association, a non-profit organization set out to inspire, develop, and promote Asian American and minority professionals to maximize their leadership potential.

William is a member of the Corporate & Securities group and focuses on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, public and private securities offerings, and venture capital financings. He also handles a variety of corporate transactions for both private and public companies across a wide range of industries, including real estate development, manufacturing, insurance, energy, media and entertainment, and technology. William received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA, and a law degree from Fordham University. During his free time, William likes to explore Los Angeles with his wife and three children.

Entering the real estate industry in 2008 after a brief stint as a mortgage consultant, Mike sold 35 properties his first year, including a multi-million dollar commercial space. Since then, he has carried his success forward with a 98% list to sell rate by leveraging his fluency in Mandarin and competitive nature to serve the emerging Asian market around Los Angeles. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Services from CSUSB.

Amy Kaizuka is a senior staff attorney at OneJustice, a statewide nonprofit legal organization. She oversees OneJustice's pro bono clinical programs in Southern California, including the Justice Bus Project and IMPACT LA. Before joining OneJustice, Amy served as Legal Services and Education Director at California Lawyers for the Arts and as a staff attorney at the Board on Professional Responsibility, D.C. Court of Appeals. She received a BA in Philosophy from Yale College and her JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

He joined our board in 2015 and has been working with the Asian American community through events, entertainment, and advertising for over 15 years. He received his bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Benjamin met his beautiful wife at UCLA and has two sons.

He joined our board in 2015 and has been working with the Asian American community through events, entertainment, and advertising for over 15 years. He received his bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Benjamin met his beautiful wife at UCLA and has two sons.

Prior to Longevity, she worked in investment banking and hedge funds in New York City and San Francisco.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her little sister and doing outdoor activities such as sailing and skiing.
