$5,000 Asian Pacific Community Giving Circle: 2026 Grant Application

Through the Asian Pacific Community Giving Circle (APCGC), the Asian Pacific Community Fund (APCF) has the opportunity to offer a new grant opportunity to organizations serving the underserved Asian and Pacific Islander communities throughout Southern California.

The members of APCGC look at trends in philanthropy and in the nonprofit sector and want to fund gaps in resources and needs. The 2026 Asian Pacific Community Giving Circle is requesting proposals for:

Funding services that:

  • Provide food assistance, such as food pantries, meal programs, and grocery or produce distribution

  • Offer emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness

  • Connect individuals and families to stabilizing services, including housing placement, case management, benefits enrollment, and homelessness prevention

Grant Criteria:

  • Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, San Diego County, Imperial County, Kern County, Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County

  • Budget: Organizational budgets of $1,000,000 and below

  • Staff: Employ a minimum one paid full-time staff

  • Organization: Must be a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization or have a fiscal sponsor/agent as such

Application must be submitted online by the deadline with the additional required information delivered or postmarked no later than November 18, 2026. Paper applications and late entries will not be accepted — no exceptions.
