We are excited to announce our next SF member chapter event on SF schools. Education along with public safety are the top 2 issues of concern among the Asian American community here in San Francisco.
We have an all-star panel which includes:
Vince Mathews, former SFUSD Superintendent
Jenny Lam, SF Education Board Commissioner
Rex Ridgeway, President of Lincoln High PTA
This is the start of a broader city-based advocacy playbook we're developing, where we host community events with expert panels and then kick-off policy working groups post-event. The culmination is a set of proposals that we intend to present to Mayor's Office.
