Enter Honor Your Feelings Quest and power up your mental health toolkit in real time. Each moment encourages you to reflect, create, respond, and level up your mental health toolkit, adding practices you can return to every day.
Complete the Quest and carry what you discover into Honor Your Feelings Fest the next day, where community gathers to celebrate, connect, and continue the conversation in person in Los Angeles, CA.

10am - Calm Compass: Morning Meditation
10:20am - Quest to De-stress: Stress Management Tools by Jennifer Tarm, PsyD
11:00am - Youth Innovation Quest ft. Michelle Garcia from Thriving Asians
11:30am - Digital Wellness with JED Foundation
12:00pm - Mindful Doodles Stretch and Sketch with Serena Au, MA, OTR/L and Makayla Lui
Attendees who complete the Quest are also invited to continue the experience at Honor Your Feelings Fest the following day, a free, all-ages, in-person gathering focused on connection, celebration, and community care in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.
