Join for a critical conversation on the intersection of substance use and behavioral health needs within Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AA/NHPI) communities. The event will include findings from a recent study led by Dr. Warren Yamashita of Harbor Community Health Centers, examining substance use and treatment barriers among Asian Americans. Additionally, two expert panels of community stakeholders and individuals with lived experience will discuss strategies to reduce stigma and improve access to culturally responsive care across the continuum of prevention, treatment, and recovery.
