Volunteer Shifts:
- Day Before (Tuesday, October 13th): 9:00am - 1:00pm (in Koreatown FACE Office) & Tuesday, October 13th, 20261:00 PM–4:00 (Venue)

DAY OF: Wednesday, October 14. 2026
- Set Up: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Final Set Up & Registration: 3:30 PM–7:30 PM; 
- During the event: 5:00PM -8:30 PM;
- Tear down: 8:30 PM–10:30 PM

All volunteers must participate in a 1-hour mandatory orientation session on zoom. Date/time of sessions will be based on volunteer availability indicated on this form.

TASKS: 
- Event Setup: Assist with decorations, signage, tables, registration materials, and general event preparation. 
- Guest Registration: Welcome and check in guests, distribute event materials, and provide directions.
- Greeters & Ushers: Welcome attendees, direct guests to event areas, and assist with seating. VIP & Sponsor Support: Help welcome and direct sponsors, honorees, speakers, and special guests.
- Auction / Raffle Support: Assist with auction or raffle areas, guest participation, and prize distribution.
- Program Support: Assist with guest transitions, program materials, seating, and other event needs. 
- General Event Support: Serve as a floater and assist FACE staff wherever additional support is needed. 
- Breakdown & Cleanup: Help collect materials, pack supplies, remove signage, and organize event items at the conclusion of the gala.
