2025 Asian American Cancer and Diabetes Health Symposium

On May 17, 2025, Saturday, American Cancer Society, City of Hope, and Lion's Club will host a free cancer health symposium at City of Hope, Cooper Auditorium, 1500 E Duarte Rd., Duarte, CA 91010 on cancer health advancement and tobacco prevention and control.  The event will be live-streamed via YouTube. You may also personally join the watch party hosted by Breast Cancer Hawaii together to raise awareness! Registration is required.  

Highlighted Activities:

  • Health Resources Fair from 12 to 1 pm Pacific Standard Time (City of Hope Cooper Auditorium, Duarte, California)

  • Youth Media Contest Gallery (City of Hope Cooper Auditorium, Duarte, California)

  • Cancer Experts Talk from 1 to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time, will be live-streamed via YouTube

  • Cancer survivors' perspectives

  • Free refreshment

  • Raffle drawings

  • Join a Watch Party 

The symposium will be conducted in English and live-treamed with simultaneous Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, and Hindi interpretations.
