Linking Money to Mission is a skill-building workshop for nonprofit leaders on organizational financial management. This workshop will introduce concepts to help nonprofit leaders become more comfortable with core concepts of nonprofit finance (i.e., nonprofit financial structure, financial statements, telling your financial story) and will equip them with introductory tools to support analysis and decision-making.
